Winter is a season of coziness, contrast, and comforting layers—making it the perfect time to crochet something that’s both functional and beautiful. It’s a season I’ve grown to appreciate in its own quiet way, even though spring still holds first place in my heart.

Whether you're a seasoned maker or just picking up your hook, this infinity scarf pattern is designed to be beginner‑friendly, quick to work up, and endlessly customizable. But before you dive into the stitches, let’s take a moment to get comfortable—because this cozy winter project is about to become your new go‑to make for the season. Ready to begin? Let’s jump into the pattern.

What you’ll need:

Yarn: 1 skein of Lion Brand Scarfie (285m/312 yd)

Hook: 6.5 mmm

Bubble stitch: Yarn over, insert hook into st and pull up a loop. Yarn over, pull through two, repeat this step 4 more times in the same space.

With 6 loops on your hook, yarn over and pull through all loops at once.

Row 2 – ch 2 (count as 1 dc), dc in the next 3 sts, *bubble st in the 4th st, dc in the next 4 sts, rep from * until 5 sts left, dc in the last 5 sts, turn.

Row 3-15 – rep row 2.

Row 16 – ch 1, sc in each st to the end.

Leave a long tail to attach both ends of the scarf together (which will make it an infinity scarf).
